           Intrusive Thoughts
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           : Individuals with PTSD may experience intrusive memories of the traumatic event, often in the form of distressing and vivid flashbacks. These intrusive thoughts can occur during waking hours or as nightmares during sleep.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Avoidance:

            People with PTSD may actively avoid situations, places, or people that remind them of the traumatic event. They may also try to avoid discussing or thinking about the event.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Negative Changes in Thinking and Mood:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            PTSD can lead to negative changes in thoughts and emotions. Individuals may develop a negative outlook on themselves, others, or the world around them. They may also experience feelings of guilt, shame, anger, or detachment from others.

           1. Embrace the outdoors: July often brings warm weather and longer days, making it an excellent time to spend time outdoors. Engage in activities like hiking, swimming, picnics, or simply taking a walk in nature. Being in nature can have a positive impact on your mental well-being.
